For fourteen years, Christian Overman served as the principal of a Christian school in Seattle, Washington. In the year 2000, he founded an educational consulting service, called, Worldview Matters, which he turned over to another Christian organization, RenewaNation, in 2020.

Dr. Overman has taught Christian educators throughout the United States, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. His specialty is in helping teachers to design lesson plans in which the subject/topic is viewed in the larger context of a biblical view of God, creation, humanity, moral order and purpose, otherwise known as the Biblical Worldview.

Dr. Overman holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Seattle Pacific University, with an emphasis on Philosophy of Christian Education, and a Doctor of Ministry degree, with an emphasis on Theology of Work, from Bakke Graduate University.  

Books written by Christian Overman include: Assumptions That Affect Our Lives, and Eliminating the Sacred/Secular Divide.

Christian and his wife, Kathy, have been married since 1970. They have four adult children, and twelve grandchildren. They reside near Seattle, Washington, USA.
