Training Character in Children Through Art
Art has been one of the doors to the decline of western civilization. What can a Christian do about that? The Bible has the practical and intelligent solutions for every area of life, including art. Help your children develop Christian character through art.
Speaker’s Booth
Heather Hall is a wife and mother. She and her husband have been blessed to raise 10 children. Heather has homeschooled their children from the very beginning—continually learning as she teaches them. She has taught with Principle Approach philosophy and method in her homeschool from the onset—keeping the Gospel central. Currently, four of their children are graduated from their Principle Approach homeschool. Their family is a second generation homeschool family.
She has started and taught in a Principle Approach homeschool co-op along side her husband for several years. Overall, her main focus has been teaching art with Bible principles. She has also hosted and lead Principle Approach book clubs and enjoyed Classic Literature Studies with its homeschool members.
Heather is certified in Ben Gilmore’s Principles of American Government course. She also obtained her Principle Approach Master Teacher certification from the Foundation for American Christian Education. Under that certification is also training in curriculum development.
One of her passions and part of her lifework is to help make a Biblical Classical form of education become more well-known in the Christian homeschool community and easier to implement in Christian homeschools.
